Contract - Account Coordinator (Sales)

Job Overview:

This is a contractor position to cover for an employee while on maternity leave. This role is expected to start in January 2026 and last around 4-5 months. This role is remote.

Responsibilities:

1. Amazon Communication/Management
2. Update Amazon and DTC Forecast
3. Oversee 1H Promos (Deal Submission, Manage Budget and Suppressions, Track Performance)
4. Manage Amazon Inventory and Pitch PO Overrides
5. Update Trackers (POS, Nielsen POS file, MBRs, QBRs, WOS)
6. Assist with Amazon Paid Media (Asset Creation, Oversee JD)

7. Fix Ad Hoc Amazon Issues that Pop Up
8. Oversee DTC Business

*Experience with Amazon is a must
