  • Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and validate improvement efforts

Implementation & Leadership-

  • Propose, test, and implement improvements to eliminate non-value-adding activities

  • Support change management efforts to ensure adoption of improvements

  • Promote a continuous improvement culture through coaching and workshops

Expected Outcomes-

  • Reduced operational costs through optimized infrastructure and processes

  • Improved product/service quality and reliability

  • Shortened lead times for service delivery and infrastructure changes

  • Enhanced employee engagement through streamlined workflows

  • Higher customer satisfaction through more reliable and efficient systems

What You’ll Need:

  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field

  • 3+ years of experience in infrastructure software engineering or DevOps roles

  • Proven experience with IaaS platforms and HPC environments

  • Strong software engineering background with focus on system architecture

  • Expertise in workflow optimization methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)

  • Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools

  • Advanced Python programming for automation and data analysis

  • Experience with Tableau and Snowflake for data visualization and analytics

  • Proficiency with Jira and ServiceNow for workflow management

  • Collaborative design experience using tools like Miro

  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Bonus Points:
