This role is necessary in maintaining continuity in our contingent workforce (CW) strategy and operations. You will bring a solid background in CW policies, vendor management, and operational tools like Workday and Smartsheet. You will be supported by an experienced CW Administrator and work with People Services, Procurement, and external partners to ensure seamless management of our non-employee workforce.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain and oversee execution of the contingent workforce strategy during the interim period</li><li>Serve as primary contact for CW Vendors, ensuring performance standards and compliance are upheld</li><li>Manage vendor Service level agreements and KPIs; address issues or escalations</li><li>Support hiring managers with contingent talent requests and ensure adherence to CW policy</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and internal controls related to contingent labor</li><li>Ensure a smooth handover to the returning CW Manager at the end of the cover period</li></ul><p>This is a remote opportunity for applicants near our Dallas, Los Angeles, New York and San Francisco location.</p><h2>About You</h2><p>We get excited about candidates, like you, because...</p><ul><li>You have experience in contingent workforce management or related talent operations roles</li><li>You understand CW policies, worker classifications, and vendor governance</li><li>You have experience working with <strong>Workday </strong>and <strong>Smartsheet </strong>(or similar platforms)</li><li>You have the ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with broader strategy</li><li>You have previous experience providing coverage or operating in interim roles</li></ul><h2>About the Team</h2><p>You'll join the Contingent Workforce Team, reporting to the Director of People Services & Contingent Workforce. This team is dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for our contractors. You'll work with the Contingent Workforce Coordinator to keep the program running smoothly.
