If</span> <span class="author-19360334881 font-size-medium">you think that’s as problematic as we do, join us in our mission to fix it.</span></p></div><p>We are currently seeking a <strong>Revenue Cycle Content Strategist</strong> to join our team remotely!</p><p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p>As our <strong>Content Strategist</strong>, reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, you will amplify the voice of MD Clarity. We are looking for someone with a passion for storytelling, curiosity about the healthcare landscape, and the ability to turn complex ideas into compelling, accessible content. In this role, you will partner closely with product management, sales, and customer success to craft content that highlights customer success stories, synthesizes industry trends in Revenue Cycle Management, and showcases the impact of our products through case studies, thought-leadership pieces, podcasts, webinars, and other creative formats.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute B2B content marketing strategy for our products, leveraging research and our internal subject-matter experts</li><li>Provide cross-functional support to develop sales enablement materials; create written, graphic and video content for our ideal customer profile such as: newsletters, case studies, webinars, podcasts, presentations, e-books, etc.</li><li>Increase our visibility on search and AI answer engines by ensuring content is written with consideration for SEO and AEO</li><li>Working with our Senior Director of Marketing, analyze the effectiveness of our content, identify gaps and opportunities, and make recommendations for improvement</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging marketing trends, and new content marketing strategies</li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Knowledge:</strong></p><ul><li>Foundational understanding of the financial processes that govern how healthcare providers are reimbursed by patients and insurers; direct experience with revenue cycle management is a strong plus.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills (we’ll ask you for writing samples as part of the selection process).</li><li>Ability to synthesize research into clear, digestible content that resonates with target audiences.</li><li>Experience managing SEO/AEO strategy using tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar platforms.</li><li>Ability to leverage AI tools to increase the efficiency and pace of content creation while maintaining quality.</li><li>Strong creative and problem-solving skills with the ability to connect complex ideas to compelling narratives.</li><li>Proven ability to set and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Collaborative approach with a desire to work within a team environment.</li><li>Natural drive to take on challenges, seek feedback, and continuously improve.</li></ul><p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in related field or higher</li><li>Direct experience working with payments or insurance technology software is required; familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) and provider organization finance/operations is strongly preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Why MD Clarity:</strong></p><ul><li>Own and shape the content strategy in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.</li><li>We are remote-first, with co-working opportunities as well as a hybrid work option at our offices in Seattle and NYC if you like to be in-person.</li><li>Competitive Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, & Vision premiums 100% covered for you and any dependents; 401(k) with employer matching; monthly wellness credit; employer HSA contributions; continuing education; and more.</li></ul><p></p><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="ace-line" data-node-type="line"><p><strong>More About MD Clarity</strong></p><p>MD Clarity is a social-impact-driven software company animated by two guiding principles: 1) that patients have a right to know what the financial impact will be on them when getting care; and 2) that doctors, nurses, and physician assistants deserve to be paid fairly by health insurers.</p><p>Our workflow automation software makes the healthcare experience easier and more transparent for patients and providers, and our products are already used by healthcare organizations that together serve hundreds of thousands of patient visits annually.
