You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your ideas are valued, and your efforts directly influence the success of Go1 and its partners.Here’s a Taste of What You’ll Be Doing:<ul><li>Building and maintaining strong, strategic relationships with Go1 Content Partners.</li><li>Taking ownership of partner onboarding, launches, and ongoing operational rollout to ensure precision and excellence.</li><li>Collaborating with global cross-functional teams to deliver seamless experiences for partners.</li><li>Managing a portfolio of Content Partners in your region, ensuring their satisfaction and alignment with Go1’s strategic goals.</li><li>Guiding partners through the onboarding process by coordinating internal stakeholders.</li><li>Driving continuous improvement in partner success processes and best practices.</li><li>Identifying and implementing strategies to enhance partner performance and operational efficiency.</li><li>Contributing to complex commercial negotiations and delivering strategic value to both partners and the organisation.</li><li>Working collaboratively across partner functions to identify and implement opportunities for success.</li></ul>You will have: <ul><li>2–3 years in partnership or customer success, preferably in a SaaS environment.</li><li>Strong communication abilities, including listening, persuasion, negotiation, and collaboration.</li><li>High-level stakeholder management skills with the ability to develop and maintain complex relationships.</li><li>Excellent time management, prioritisation, and multitasking capabilities.</li><li>Analytical skills to uncover trends and insights from data.</li><li>Experience working with CRM and reporting tools.</li><li>A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and engage relevant internal stakeholders as needed.</li><li>A background working in or alongside B2B sales functions is a plus.</li></ul>Join our team at Go1 and be at the forefront of transforming education through innovative learning solutions. This role pays $90-100K and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is also eligible for the employee bonus plan and employee stock options. While technical skills are important, it is just as important for us find people who will positively contribute to our diverse culture.
