Job Responsibilities:

Support the day-to-day quality and accuracy of digital content across online platforms by completing standardized content curation and metadata validation tasks, following defined guidelines and checklists, and documenting issues for timely resolution under regular supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily content curation activities for written publications and audio content using established SOPs, checklists, and client guidelines.
  • Validate content and metadata for completeness, consistency, and basic accuracy; apply straightforward corrections when explicitly covered by guidelines.
  • Identify and document content issues, defects, and bugs in internal tools using required templates and ticketing standards.
  • Escalate unclear, high-impact, or out-of-policy issues to the Team Lead/SME with clear context and supporting evidence.
  • Manage assigned queues to meet defined throughput expectations and turnaround times/SLA requirements.
  • Follow information security, confidentiality, and secure work environment requirements (where applicable).
  • Maintain high attention to detail while completing repetitive or high-volume tasks.
  • Participate in team meetings, calibration sessions, and required training; incorporate feedback to improve accuracy and consistency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Native-level or fully bilingual fluency (spoken and written) in the required language(s) and strong cultural awareness of the relevant market(s).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step procedures and quality standards.
  • Basic problem-solving skills (identify the issue, gather evidence, follow the escalation path).
  • Strong time management and ability to consistently meet productivity and quality expectations.
  • Comfort working with multiple tools and web platforms; ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web browsers.
  • Comfortable working in a role that may involve exposure to content some may find sensitive or offensive.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in content operations, content review, digital QA, or similar is preferred but not required (role-dependent).
