Right now, we’re looking for a Content Marketing Associate to join our Marketing Department. The Content Marketing Associate will play a key role in planning, organizing, and producing high-quality content that drives engagement and supports marketing and sales efforts. You’ll manage our content calendar, maintain a structured content library, and create persuasive materials tailored to our product segments. This role requires strong writing and organizational skills, the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging content, and a proactive approach to gathering insights from sales and product teams What You’ll Be Doing:  <ul><li>Content Strategy & Organization </li><li>Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely production of high-quality content. </li><li>Establish and manage a searchable content directory/library in SharePoint for easy access by internal teams. </li><li>Maintain and update the Content Matrix, tracking content needs for different products and ensuring outdated materials are refreshed. </li><li>Build and manage a content request system to streamline the process of fulfilling internal content needs. </li></ul> Content Creation & Messaging <ul><li>Create compelling marketing materials for all product segments, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and sales collateral. </li><li>Define and refine win themes and value propositions for each product to ensure consistent messaging. </li><li>Work closely with sales and product teams to stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and product updates, translating insights into new content. </li><li>Produce demand generation content for both outbound and inbound marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, ads, and landing pages. </li></ul>Collaboration & Optimization <ul><li>Collaborate with subject matter experts, sales, and product teams to develop accurate and compelling content. </li><li>Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices and is optimized for lead generation. </li><li>Track and measure content performance to refine strategies and improve effectiveness. </li></ul> About You:  <ul><li>2+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or related fields. </li><li>Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging content. </li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.). </li><li>Strong organizational skills to manage content schedules and libraries. </li><li>Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and adapt content based on business needs. </li><li>A results-driven mindset, focused on content that supports marketing and sales objectives. </li></ul>Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, but Not Required) <ul><li>Experience with website editing or design (WordPress, Elementor, or similar tools). </li><li>Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot. </li><li>Understanding of SEO and content performance analytics. </li></ul> Who We Are & Benefits:   Autura is committed to providing modernized benefits and cultural perks.  <ul><li>Competitive pay and annual performance reviews  </li><li>Option for 100% fully paid benefits package including health, dental, vision  </li><li>401(k) with a matching company contribution  </li><li>Open Paid Time Off  </li><li>100% Remote work  </li></ul> Autura is dedicated to creating an equitable, inclusive, and supportive work environment that brings people together from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. A salary offer will be determined by several factors including experience, skill level, education, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
