This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Content & Communications Lead in United States.

This role is a senior individual contributor position focused on shaping how a fast-growing, technical organization communicates its value to the market.
You will own end-to-end content creation and storytelling across multiple formats, translating complex technical work into clear, compelling narratives for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will help define messaging, editorial direction, and communication strategy across key business priorities.
The role requires strong editorial judgment, technical curiosity, and the ability to turn abstract ideas into structured, high-impact content.
You will collaborate directly with engineers, SMEs, and clients to extract insights and transform them into persuasive, audience-ready assets.
This is a high-ownership role for a writer who thrives in fast-paced, technical environments and wants to directly influence how a brand is understood in the market.


Accountabilities:
  • Own and produce high-impact content across external communications, including case studies, web pages, landing pages, email campaigns, social content, and thought leadership materials.
  • Translate complex technical topics such as AI systems, cloud migrations, and data platforms into clear, accurate, and audience-relevant narratives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of offerings, audiences, and positioning to independently create content without heavy subject matter expert dependency.
  • Participate in conversations with engineers, clients, and partners to extract insights and convert them into structured, compelling messaging.
  • Shape editorial direction by proposing content ideas, campaigns, and narratives aligned with business priorities and go-to-market goals.
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice and messaging quality across all communication channels and formats.
  • Apply strong self-editing and quality control standards to ensure all deliverables are production-ready.
  • Leverage AI tools to support research, drafting, and content optimization while applying strong human editorial judgment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in content, communications, editorial, or marketing writing roles in B2B, technology, consulting, or services environments.
  • Strong background in at least one of the following: engineering, cloud computing, software development, or enterprise/B2B technology.
  • Proven ability to write about complex technical subjects such as AI, cloud infrastructure, or data systems for both technical and business audiences.
  • Exceptional writing skills across multiple formats, including long-form content, web copy, email, and sales enablement materials.
  • Strong editorial judgment with the ability to evaluate tone, clarity, structure, and readiness for publication.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple fast-moving priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered content workflows and thoughtful understanding of their strengths and limitations.
  • Based in the United States with eligibility to work in the U.S.
