Accountabilities:

The Consulting Practice Manager - Advisory Services is responsible for leading consulting operations, managing advisory teams, and delivering strategic financial solutions that support client growth and compliance. The role requires a balance of technical expertise, business development capabilities, and strong leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Oversee daily operations of the advisory consulting practice and ensure efficient service delivery.
Develop and enhance advisory service offerings, including tax advisory, audit support, financial planning, and related solutions.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and professional best practices.
Provide strategic financial guidance and advisory support to clients facing complex accounting, business, and operational challenges.
Assist clients with mergers, acquisitions, restructuring initiatives, risk management, compliance, and performance improvement.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for long-term growth.
Collaborate with leadership teams to define business development strategies and expand the client portfolio.
Mentor consultants and accounting professionals while supporting career development and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, including IFRS and GAAP.

Ability to analyze complex financial situations and develop effective solutions.
