We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented Business Development Representative to join our remote sales team at Nations Roof. As a key player in the development and growth of our territory, you'll drive expansion through proactive outreach, including outbound calls and emails to potential and existing customers in the United States and Puerto Rico. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a remote, self-managed role with the support of a collaborative team.

Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Specialist at Nations Roof. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as lead generation, B2B cold calling, market research, and maintaining customer relationships to drive business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate leads and expand business opportunities via B2B, cold calling, email campaigns, and market research.
  • Background in call centers or expo sales is a plus. 
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships with both new and existing accounts.
  • Establish new national client accounts in designated territory.
  • Collaborate remotely with our nationwide sales team to increase market saturation and grow your designated territory.
  • Knowledge with tools such as ZoomInfo, CRM Systems, LinkedIn is a plus.
  • Consistently manage tasks and follow-ups through a CRM to ensure smooth operations.
  • Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs with accountability for results.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of the roofing industry is a plus
  • Sales experience in commercial roofing or similar construction industry
  • Experience in Lead Generation
  • Ability to work independently and remote
  • 2 years’ experience with B2B & cold calling.
  • Excellent organizational skills
