Accountabilities:

In this role, you will apply your computer science expertise to support AI training and evaluation:

Analyze and evaluate complex computer science problems, ensuring solutions are accurate, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
Review technical approaches and provide structured recommendations across domains such as algorithms, systems, and software engineering.
Create, refine, and validate technical documentation including system designs, architecture descriptions, and research-style content.
Develop structured scenarios, datasets, and case studies that enhance AI model training and reasoning capabilities.
Assess AI-generated outputs for correctness, completeness, and logical consistency, providing actionable feedback for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve task quality, documentation standards, and evaluation methodologies.

Requirements

We are looking for a strong computer science professional with solid theoretical and applied foundations:

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, operating systems, databases, networking, and software engineering principles.
Experience producing technical documentation, system design documents, research papers, or similar materials.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts in written and verbal form.
Comfortable working independently in a remote, structured, and collaborative environment.

Nice to have:

Experience in distributed systems, cloud computing, cybersecurity, AI/ML, or database systems.
Exposure to technical reviews, research projects, or open-source contributions.
Ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
