The role will consist of getting up to speed on Airtable compliance and security processes, using existing playbooks and questionnaire bank for answering security questionnaires, perform quarterly and annual compliance activities to stay in compliance with Airtable’s certifications, and support the growth of the GRCP (Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Privacy).</p><h1><strong>What you'll do</strong></h1><ul><li>Own end to end process of maintaining compliance certifications such as SOC2 and ISO27001 and customer requested security audits</li><li>Own internal and external audits from engaging with auditors to collecting evidence and finalizing reports</li><li>Manage & track findings from identification to closure. Ability to evaluate & review a plan of action and determine if the proposed plan meets control requirements</li><li>Own new hire and annual security and privacy training</li><li>Own quarterly access reviews to meet compliance needs</li><li>Work with XFN leaders to help them understand control requirements and whether implementation meets compliance requirements</li><li>Assist with security questionnaires and customer audits</li><li>Provide general support to the GRCP team as needed</li></ul><h1><strong>Who you are</strong></h1><ul><li style="font-weight: 400;">4+ years of experience in compliance with emphasis on frameworks such as SOC2 and/or ISO27001</li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Familiarity with cloud data compliance and working with public cloud solutions (AWS, GCP)</li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to apply learnings from known certifications to new certifications</li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Independent self-starter, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Detail-oriented and organized</li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Flexible and able to change gears and focus depending on team and company priorities</li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and embody growth mindset</li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with HIPAA and TISAX is a plus</li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Big4 experience is a plus</li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with a GRC tool is a plus</li></ul><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Airtable is an equal opportunity employer.
