You will be surrounded by people who challenge, support, and inspire you to be the best version of yourself.</p><p><u>The Role</u></p><p>BeyondTrust is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Analyst to support and enhance our security compliance programs, with a particular focus on public sector compliance initiatives. This role will contribute to the continuous improvement and execution of the GRC program, including documentation, audit coordination, project tracking, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate has a background in GRC, security, or regulatory environments, and demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills. They are a critical thinker, highly organized, and adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment.</p><p>This is a project-driven role that demands strong attention to detail, confidence in communicating with both internal and external stakeholders, and a commitment to understanding BeyondTrust technology as well as the evolving security compliance landscape.</p><p><u>What You’ll Do</u></p><ul><li>Collect, review, and manage compliance evidence to support security and compliance assessments.</li><li>Interpret and communicate compliance requirements and control gaps, then effectively communicate findings to responsible business units.</li><li>Provide regular status updates on project work to management and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Coordinate and research organizational requests relating to security and compliance.</li><li>Maintain compliance documentation, including plans, policies, and procedures, in alignment with applicable compliance or regulatory requirements.</li><li>Support Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Incident Response initiatives.Assist in delivering compliance and security awareness training, education modules, and role-based training.</li><li>Adhere to established procedures with precision and consistency, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and in alignment with established guidelines.</li><li>Support additional GRC operations and activities as needed.</li></ul><p><u>What You’ll Bring</u></p><ul><li>2–4 years of experience in IT compliance, cybersecurity, or risk management, preferably in a SaaS environment.</li><li>Familiar with industry regulations and frameworks including NIST 800-53/800-171, ISO 27001/27701 and SOC 2.</li><li>Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to interpret technical data (application logs, architecture diagrams, technical reports).Experience creating and maintaining compliance documentation, such as policies, standards and procedures.</li><li>Previous experience using JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, managing multiple concurrent projects while meeting established timelines and organizational priorities.</li><li>Analyze data to identify patterns, assess compliance gaps, and support subject matter experts in remediation efforts.</li><li>Problem-solving through proactive analysis, creative thinking, and collaboration to resolve compliance, security, and efficiency-related challenges.</li></ul><p><u>Nice To Have</u></p><p>Experience in the following would be considered a plus:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree&nbsp;</li><li>2 or more years of GRC experience&nbsp;</li><li>Experience supporting Cloud Platforms or Software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications, with preference given to candidates experienced in utilizing native cloud security and compliance features to support security risk assessments and control implementation.</li><li>Experience working with federal agencies</li><li>Certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP</li><li>General knowledge of the security audit process.</li></ul><p><u>Better Together</u></p><p>Diversity.
