Job Description:

We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our global Total Rewards team. This role partners closely with the Manager of Compensation and HR stakeholders across the organization to support the day-to-day analysis and administration of compensation programs. The Compensation Analyst will be involved in a broad range of compensation activities, including market pricing, annual compensation processes, job architecture support, and ongoing reporting and analysis. Key Responsibilities

  • Support market pricing for new and existing roles across global regions using MarketPay and other compensation survey sources
  • Assist with job evaluations, leveling, and internal equity reviews in partnership with HR Business Partners and Talent teams
  • Support annual compensation processes, including merit and bonus cycles, through data preparation, validation, analysis, and reporting
  • Prepare compensation analyses, models, and summaries to support recommendations and business decisions
  • Ability to act as a subject matter expert, providing consultative insights, and collaborating with various functions.
  • Help maintain salary structures, ranges, and job-related data, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Assist in the administration of compensation programs in alignment with company guidelines and applicable regulations
  • Respond to routine compensation inquiries and ad hoc analysis requests from HR and business partners
  • Support compensation-related reporting, documentation, and process improvement efforts
  • Stay informed on compensation trends, market practices, and regulatory considerations

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or a related analytical HR role
  • Experience with market pricing and compensation survey data
  • Strong Excel skills (e.g., formulas, lookups, pivot tables)
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to summarize and communicate findings clearly
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred:

  • Experience using MarketPay
  • Exposure to global or multi-country compensation programs
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday)

Work Location & Flexibility

This position can be located remotely however if the candidate is based in our Minneapolis or New York City locations the office follows a hybrid work model. Employees in these locations are expected to work on-site a minimum of two days per week. Please note that specific business units or role requirements may necessitate additional in-office days based on team collaboration needs or operational priorities.

The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position based on a good faith assessment of the role and market data at the time of posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate’s compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position. This position may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or overtime if applicable. Benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), a retirement savings plan, paid time off, and other employee benefits. Specific details will be provided during the interview process. Datasite reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

$69,100.00 - $118,300.00
