What you’ll do:
- Ensure all data feeds are operating as intended between BetterComp and 3rd parties.
- Perform quality assurance procedures on proprietary database prior to periodic releases.
- Administer and expand proprietary market-pricing databases.
- Provide client support and market-pricing services to our client portfolio.
- Work with Customer Success on joint projects in support of client requests and initiatives.
- Provide feedback to Engineering and Product teams regarding recurring issues and feature requests based on customer insights.
- Engage with clients on projects related to custom dashboards and analysis reports.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer requests, meeting or exceeding SLAs.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and product updates.
What you bring:
- 1-3 years of experience working as a compensation professional or business analyst.
- Experience working with Excel (advanced), QuickSight, Tableau, or similar tools
- Experience working with and manipulating large datasets
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex data issues
- Deliberate and methodical, with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with any basic programming is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complicated concepts in a simplified manner.
- Strong customer empathy and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
