What you’ll do:

  • Ensure all data feeds are operating as intended between BetterComp and 3rd parties.
  • Perform quality assurance procedures on proprietary database prior to periodic releases.
  • Administer and expand proprietary market-pricing databases.
  • Provide client support and market-pricing services to our client portfolio.
  • Work with Customer Success on joint projects in support of client requests and initiatives.
  • Provide feedback to Engineering and Product teams regarding recurring issues and feature requests based on customer insights.
  • Engage with clients on projects related to custom dashboards and analysis reports.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer requests, meeting or exceeding SLAs.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and product updates.


What you bring:

  • 1-3 years of experience working as a compensation professional or business analyst.
  • Experience working with Excel (advanced), QuickSight, Tableau, or similar tools
  • Experience working with and manipulating large datasets
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex data issues
  • Deliberate and methodical, with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with any basic programming is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complicated concepts in a simplified manner.
  • Strong customer empathy and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
