We’re looking for someone who understands community not just as a channel, but as a growth engine, a sentiment radar, and a storytelling frontier.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></span></p><ul><li style="text-align: justify; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Be the primary voice of Star Trek™ Fleet Command, engaging directly with our player base across Discord, social media, livestreams, and community events.</span></li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Own and evolve our community strategy, aligning with game arcs, roadmap beats, and live ops content to create integrated and impactful engagement moments.</span></li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Champion the Voice of the Player, surfacing qualitative and quantitative insights that inform product, design, live ops, and marketing decision-making.</span></li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drive campaign execution, including in-game celebrations, patch notes, feature updates, player recognition programs, influencer integrations, and roadmap previews.</span></li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Design and scale community systems—including a robust moderation team, Player Advisory Council (PAC) programs, and operational processes—that foster consistent, inclusive, and transparent communication.</span></li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Brand, Lifecycle Marketing, and UA, to integrate community into the heartbeat of the STFC experience.</span></li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
