We are all social creatures, but the dominant “social” companies today have evolved into digital loneliness machines, driving isolation, anxiety, and mental health challenges around the world.
Human connection is lost. Posh is a beacon guiding us back.
Posh enables anyone to build an IRL community based on shared interests, while connecting consumers with the communities of people just like them. Founded by event organizers who were frustrated with the growing loneliness epidemic and the tools available to build their own event brand, we’ve built the ultimate platform for launching, monetizing, and finding IRL communities of people just like you. In just 5 years, Posh has grown to a team of 65, expanded to 7M+ users, secured $70m in venture funding, and facilitated over $300M in transactions.
The Affiliate Program is one of Posh’s most powerful growth engines—and in 2026 we’re scaling it through a mix of community-led execution and product growth loops.
We’re hiring a Community Manager, Affiliates to help develop and manage our affiliate community day-to-day: acquiring affiliates, activating them to drive referrals, and retaining them through consistent engagement and momentum.
You’ll work side-by-side with our Senior Affiliate Community Manager and partner closely with Sales and Success to ensure affiliate referrals move quickly from introduction → demo → closed-won.
This role is for someone who can be high-output and high-touch at the same time—think “relationship builder with a spreadsheet open.”
This is an in-person role based in our New York City office in the heart of SoHo. Building live experiences and building with soul are important for our customers, and we believe being and working together as a team is the best way for Posh to feel and achieve this. Events on Posh should be fun, alive, and driven with passion and we want to mirror this in our teams every day!
Acquire Affiliates: Prospect and convert existing organizers on Posh into affiliates through targeted outbound, with a focus on priority growth cities. Partner with Success and Sales to turn their books of business into active affiliates.
Onboard & Activate: Take newly acquired affiliates from product growth loops and outbound and kick off their journey through 1:1 onboarding calls and weekly affiliate launch sessions.
Drive Referrals: Proactively identify referral opportunities within affiliates’ networks and coach them on warm introductions that convert into demos and closed-won deals.
Manage Referrals End-to-End: Own referral introductions from submission through demo scheduling and follow-up, working closely with AEs to ensure referrals are demo’d, rebooked, and progressed.
Build & Retain the Community: Develop strong relationships with affiliates, foster engagement and friendly competition, and keep affiliates referring through consistent touchpoints and momentum.
Test & Improve: Experiment with new tactics to improve affiliate acquisition, referral volume, activation, and retention, contributing to the ongoing evolution of the program.
2–3 years of experience in a customer-facing revenue role (BDR, AE, Success Manager, Partnerships, or similar).
Comfortable managing a large, diverse book of relationships in a scaled way—without making it feel like you’re sending templates from 2016.
Strong communicator with sharp attention to detail.
Experience working with creators, organizers, freelancers, or community-led ecosystems.
Highly organized and relationship-driven—you like building systems, but you’re still a people person.
Familiar with community + ops tools like WhatsApp, HubSpot, Airtable, Zapier.
You’ll work on a high-growth team where your output directly impacts revenue and market expansion.
You’ll build real relationships with creators and organizers shaping nightlife, culture, and community in cities across the country.
You’ll have room to grow, take ownership, and help build processes that scale—without needing to be the “final boss” on day one.
