Communications Manager (Remote - US)

Accountabilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with business objectives, marketing goals, and brand vision.
• Create messaging frameworks to communicate the value proposition effectively and differentiate the brand in the marketplace.
• Produce high-quality content for various channels, including publications, conferences, social media, and media outlets.
• Execute best-in-class media strategies, leveraging relationships with relevant publications and journalists.
• Establish and promote thought leadership by securing speaking engagements, industry features, and other visibility opportunities.
• Track and report on engagement metrics, content effectiveness, and other KPIs to refine communication strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce sales enablement materials, FAQs, and other client-facing resources.
• Provide backup support for social media functions and maintain proficiency with related tools.
• Foster strong internal relationships, promoting a shared understanding of strategic direction and priorities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in communications, public relations, or brand strategy, with a strong record of delivering impactful campaigns.
• Exceptional writing, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
• Expertise in media relations, social media amplification tactics, and an understanding of media cycles.
• Skilled at working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform and improve communication efforts.
• Knowledge of or interest in digital assets and the crypto industry.
• Bonus: crypto-native mindset or active participation in the crypto ecosystem.
