As a Commercial Legal Intern, you will assist with a variety of contract-related tasks and gain exposure to contracts from multiple regions.Responsibilities:<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist with the preparation and initial review of various commercial agreements, such as master services agreements, consulting agreements, license agreements, and vendor agreements.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support the Commercial Legal team in analyzing contractual terms and identifying key legal and business points.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Conduct legal research on relevant commercial law topics.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist in maintaining and updating the Company’s contract management system.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Undertake other legal tasks as assigned.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Contribute to the completion of commercial and other legal team projects.</li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Currently enrolled in a Juris Doctor (JD) program at an accredited law school.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong interest in commercial law and international business.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent attention to detail.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Professional demeanor and ability to work effectively with others.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Enthusiasm to learn about new areas of law and different legal jurisdictions.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Sound judgment and analytical skills.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">A 12-week, full-time, paid internship.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">A collaborative, supportive, and inclusive work environment where you can grow and learn from an experienced global legal team.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Access to tools and resources to further your learning and development.</li></ul>We will consider for employment all qualified applicants who meet the inherent requirements for the position.
