Accountabilities:- Lead the design and evolution of scalable commercial legal frameworks supporting global growth and complex business models
- Provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal guidance across product, operations, partner programs, and leadership teams
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial and technology agreements, ensuring alignment with business and risk objectives
- Develop standardized contracting processes and legal playbooks to improve consistency, speed, and efficiency
- Support the launch of new services, products, and commercial models by providing strategic legal input from early stages
- Translate complex legal and regulatory topics into clear, actionable guidance for cross-functional teams
- Monitor evolving legal and regulatory landscapes in areas such as cloud, data privacy, cybersecurity, and intellectual property
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in commercial law, technology transactions, or in-house legal leadership roles within complex organizations
- Strong expertise in negotiating and structuring commercial agreements in technology-driven environments
- Deep understanding of legal risk areas including intellectual property, data privacy, cybersecurity, and commercial contracting
- Proven ability to simplify legal complexity into practical, business-friendly frameworks and decisions
- Experience building scalable legal processes, systems, and operational structures
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
- High level of commercial acumen and ability to align legal strategy with business growth objectives
