Our entire team is driven by a shared commitment to transforming the landscape of critical care through our rapid seizure detection technology, come join the movement!</p></div><p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">We’re seeking a highly motivated <strong>Commercial Events Coordinator</strong> to join and support the sales and marketing teams and help Ceribell to achieve our growth goals. You will report to the Senior Commercial Events Manager and provide daily support to the marketing and commercial teams.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Significant to your success is the ability to not only complete the tasks promptly and accurately, but also look for ways to contribute beyond that. This is a remote role and requires frequent travel (25-35%) to support national trade shows and regional events. Great attention to detail and solid planning/logistics skills are required. Ultimately, you will make a meaningful impact on our patients and growth and assist us in achieving our sales targets.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>What you'll achieve<span class="gmail_default">​:</span></strong></span></p><ul><li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Create exceptional event planning from start to finish</span></li><li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Understand event cycles and management functions, including; venue management, production coordination, hotel room blocks, vendor management, site inspections, and creative design and implementation</span></li><li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Generate ideas for events</span></li><li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Support staying within event budgets</span></li><li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Ensure appropriate messaging to advance Ceribell cause</span></li><li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Manage logistics and event venues</span></li><li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Maintain and update sales and customer records</span></li><li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Support sales with general admin tasks to assist in achieving team objectives and goals</span></li><li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries</span></li><li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Other duties as assigned</span></li><li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Stay up to date with new products and features</span></li></ul><h1><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>What you'll need to be successful:&nbsp;</strong></span></h1><ul><li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">4+ years of prior experience as a sales administrator or event coordinator with experience with remote and onsite event management including conferences and tradeshows</span></li><li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce and Power BI),Google suite, MS Office, lead capture platforms</span></li><li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Exceptional attention to details</span></li><li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Solid planning/logistics skills</span></li><li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Excellent organizational and multitasking skills</span></li><li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines</span></li><li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Experience with event content development (i.e. developing topics for panel discussions, developing ideas for event content, identifying speakers)</span></li><li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">A team player with high level of dedication</span></li><li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Strong communication skills</span></li><li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">An excellent collaborator, strong communicator, and is open to feedback and iteration</span></li><li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Knowledge of medical device compliance regulations is preferred</span></li><li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Ability to travel 25-35% of the year including some weekend travel</span></li><li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Ability lift, push, pull up to 25 lbs at events</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Compensation Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$80,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$101,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s corporate compensation plan.
