Accountabilities- Lead commercial effectiveness initiatives by improving field team performance, operational efficiency, and execution capabilities across the organization.
- Partner with field leadership to develop strategic plans, execution frameworks, and measurement approaches for product-specific initiatives and business objectives.
- Analyze business challenges and provide strategic recommendations tailored to the unique needs of different commercial teams and divisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, develop capability-building strategies, and implement solutions that drive organizational success.
- Create and deploy best practices, methodologies, and tools that enhance collaboration, productivity, and commercial effectiveness.

Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in healthcare organizations, with increasing levels of leadership responsibility.
- Proven experience leading commercial effectiveness, sales operations, business transformation, or strategic growth initiatives within healthcare environments.
- Strong pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology, or related healthcare industry experience, including exposure to sales, marketing, and commercial operations.
- Deep understanding of business processes, commercial strategy, field execution, and organizational capability development.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, translate insights into strategies, and develop data-driven recommendations.
- Experience creating and executing functional plans aligned with broader commercial and sales strategies.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of implementing effectiveness initiatives and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
