This role is a senior commercial leadership position focused on building and scaling a high-growth electrical testing, inspection, and certification business across North America. You will be responsible for designing and executing a go-to-market strategy that drives enterprise adoption, revenue growth, and long-term strategic partnerships in complex technical markets. Acting as a key builder of the commercial engine, you will develop relationships with Tier 1 OEMs, integrators, and energy ecosystem leaders while shaping scalable sales processes and governance. The position requires strong market vision, execution discipline, and the ability to operate in a fast-evolving, highly technical environment. You will play a central role in transforming a growing division into a recognized industry leader. This is a high-impact role combining strategy, enterprise sales leadership, and business development ownership.
Accountabilities:- Lead the development and execution of a scalable North American sales strategy aligned with global growth objectives, focusing on enterprise account penetration and long-term revenue expansion.
- Build and manage relationships with Tier 1 OEMs, system integrators, and strategic partners to secure multi-year agreements and approved vendor status.
- Establish commercial governance frameworks including CRM discipline, forecasting processes, KPI tracking, and structured reporting to support performance visibility.
- Design and implement repeatable revenue generation models, including strategic account planning, pricing architecture, and margin protection strategies.
- Drive expansion into key sectors such as EV infrastructure, energy storage systems, microgrids, and industrial automation through targeted enterprise engagement.
- Align commercial execution with operational capabilities to ensure seamless delivery, customer satisfaction, and scalable growth.
- Represent the organization at industry events, support thought leadership initiatives, and contribute to market credibility and brand positioning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise B2B commercial leadership, ideally within testing, inspection, certification, energy, or industrial sectors.
- Proven success selling complex solutions into Tier 1 OEMs, automation, or energy markets with long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong experience building or scaling commercial organizations, sales frameworks, or new business units in growth-stage environments.
- Deep understanding of EV infrastructure, energy storage systems, microgrids, or industrial automation ecosystems.
- Demonstrated ability to secure multi-year enterprise contracts, develop strategic partnerships, and manage recurring revenue models.
- Strong financial acumen with focus on margin management, pricing strategy, and EBITDA impact.
- Excellent executive presence, communication skills, and ability to influence senior stakeholders across technical and commercial functions.
- Builder mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
