Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue goals and expand market presence.
  • Prospect new commercial mid-market clients while upselling to and growing existing accounts.
  • Deliver value-driven sales presentations tailored to client needs and business use cases.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by providing feedback to influence product development and innovation.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adapt strategies to ensure consistent quota achievement.
  • Build long-term client relationships and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using tools like Salesforce.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of sales enablement materials and campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or technology solutions targeting mid-market or enterprise clients.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, closing deals, and growing revenue from existing accounts.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to translate technical offerings into compelling business value for a diverse customer base.
  • Strong consultative selling and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
