This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, commerce media, and data-driven optimization, with a strong focus on Amazon DSP campaign execution and growth. You will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing digital media campaigns that directly impact client revenue, ROI, and brand visibility. Working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to translate business goals into high-performing media strategies. The position requires strong analytical thinking, hands-on platform expertise, and a proactive, owner-driven mindset. You will leverage data insights to continuously improve performance and uncover new growth opportunities across commerce media ecosystems. This is a highly client-facing role where strategic thinking, execution excellence, and communication skills are essential to success.
Accountabilities:- Manage, build, and optimize Amazon DSP and commerce media campaigns to meet and exceed client KPIs, including ROAS, conversion rates, and revenue growth objectives.
- Maintain ongoing client communication through regular check-ins, ensuring high satisfaction scores and strong long-term retention.
- Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights, identify optimization opportunities, and improve media efficiency.
- Integrate advanced commerce media tools and platform capabilities into campaign execution to maximize performance outcomes.
- Monitor trends across retail media ecosystems and proactively recommend strategic improvements and new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategy, measurement, and execution across channels.
- Uphold certification standards across relevant platforms and continuously strengthen channel expertise.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in commerce media, digital advertising, or performance marketing with hands-on campaign execution experience.
- Proven experience managing monthly advertising budgets of $70K+ with measurable success outcomes.
- Strong working knowledge of commerce media platforms such as Amazon DSP and other retail media networks.
- Familiarity with tools such as Skai, Helium10, Pacvue, or Analytic Index is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills with the ability to present strategies clearly and confidently.
- Ownership mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
