Job Title: Oklahoma Physician Prescriber (MD/DO)

Job Description: We have an exciting opportunity for a remote physician (MD/DO). The physician must have an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Oklahoma . The remote physician will be responsible for logging in twice a day to determine if treatment is appropriate.

Qualifications:

Have a current unrestricted Oklahoma medical license
