This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional passionate about CNC machining and CAD/CAM programming. You will work closely with manufacturing clients to optimize their operations, providing technical guidance, training, and programming expertise. The position combines hands-on instruction, problem-solving, and strategic support to help customers improve efficiency and achieve operational excellence. With extensive travel and direct engagement with multiple facilities, this role offers the chance to influence high-impact processes while collaborating with a dedicated, world-class team of machining professionals.

Accountabilities

• Provide on-site instruction and technical support in CNC machining and CAD/CAM programming.
• Program and set up CNC machine tools from start-to-finish, including first article inspection.
• Utilize MasterCAM for programming, including 5-Axis and Mill-Turn applications where applicable.
• Analyze client operations to recommend optimization strategies and process improvements.
• Deliver technical demonstrations and solutions that increase efficiency and add value to customer operations.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients while traveling extensively across assigned regions (up to 80% travel).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent delivery of best-in-class service and support.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of high-level MasterCAM programming experience.
• Expertise in CNC machining setup, programming, and operation.
• Knowledge of 5-Axis and/or Mill-Turn applications preferred.
• Ability to provide professional, hands-on instruction and guidance to client teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable traveling extensively throughout the region (up to 80%).
• Strong commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
