About the role
Verndale is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Content Management System (CMS) Producer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is adept at self-management, and can work seamlessly with Account Leads, Project Managers, and UX/UI Designers. As a CMS Producer, you will play a crucial role in bringing design visions to life within a CMS, ensuring the final product is executed to perfection. Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of approved design concepts into responsive website pages, through interaction with a custom CMS system.
- Attention to detail with matching the CMS build 1:1 to the final designs.
- Preparation and adjustment of design assets for production (e.g. converting design comps into production-ready assets that fit the required specs of the CMS).
- Resizing images to fit the required specs outlined in the approved design.
- Upload content (text and images) into the CMS system
- Managing the CMS page directory
- Implementing accessibility solutions to ensure adherence to clients’ standards.
- Partnering with the Creative and UX team to develop innovative solutions to enhance the CMS build process.
- Conduct quality assurance on page builds to ensure optimal site performance.
- Participating in internal meetings and project reviews.
Qualifications
- Basic CMS experience such as SiteCore, Oracle Web Center, Adobe Experience Manager, Wordpress, October, Django CMS, or other.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) experience
- Strong proofreading skills
- Basic HTML experience & understanding
- CSS experience a plus
- Basic understanding of SEO
- 1 - 3 years of experience
- Technical experience preferred
- Agency experience preferred
