• Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployments using IaC tools and deployment patterns.
• Troubleshoot system issues, alerts, and downtime with a focus on stability and rapid incident response.
• Implement monitoring and observability solutions to proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Continuously assess and improve infrastructure to support secure, highly available, and resilient environments.
• Develop and enforce Identity Access Management (IAM) policies to govern authentication and authorization across cloud platforms.
• Foster a collaborative engineering culture, sharing knowledge and best practices across teams to build reliable and scalable systems.
Requirements
• 5+ years of programming experience and proficiency in Python, Go, or Shell Script.
• 5+ years of experience with cloud technologies, including AWS and GCP administration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• In-depth knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and deployment automation tools.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response.
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to work autonomously and adapt to evolving technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
• Prior experience supporting globally distributed teams.
• Familiarity with secure, high-availability architecture design.
• Experience with cloud-based VoIP systems (AWS Connect) and related administration.
• Understanding of performance tuning and operational monitoring best practices.
Benefits
• Competitive base salary of $146,000–$178,000.
• Equity opportunities and performance-based bonuses.
• 401k plan with company match.
• Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents.
• Mental health and wellness support, flexible time off, and remote-first work culture.
• Professional development programs, mentorship, and regular performance feedback.
• Employee stock purchase plan, reimbursement for office setup, and monthly internet/phone stipend.
