Job Description
Overview | The Cloud Engineer is responsible for supporting and maintaining network, cloud, and infrastructure systems with a strong emphasis on AWS networking and firewall management. This role plays a key part in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of infrastructure across AWS and on-premises environments. This position is network-focused, requiring hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and core networking concepts, while also supporting AWS cloud services and system administration tasks. The role works closely with application, database, and security teams to support deployments, troubleshoot issues, and maintain operational stability. |

Education | Minimum required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience) and Relevant technical certifications (AWS or Networking) |
Span of Control: | Reports to: Cloud Engineering Manager Oversight: This position has no direct reports |

Physical Demands/ Travel required | Work associated with this position is sedentary in nature and performed indoors at a desk either remotely or in an office setting. Travel for this position is less than 10%. This position is hybrid in office and remote. This position requires participation in an on-call rotation.
