This effort builds on earlier initiatives and supports government-wide modernization mandates, while carefully managing dependencies on existing systems.</p><p class="p2">The work involves consolidating multiple toolsets, streamlining governance, and improving developer experience, all while maintaining secure, audit-ready operations.
