About the role
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Clinical Trainers to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide hands-on training, education, and clinical support to new and existing customers on the use of UltraClear® and AuraLux™ devices. You will serve as a trusted resource for clinical knowledge, ensuring that providers are confident and successful in integrating our technologies into their practices. This role requires extensive travel (70-80%) within the assigned territory (Central Region OR East Coast Region).
What you'll do
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive clinical training and education to physicians, clinicians, and staff on the UltraClear® and AuraLux™ systems.
- Support in-office training sessions, workshops, and clinical events.
- Provide ongoing clinical support both in-person and virtually to ensure customer success.
- Collaborate with sales team members to support demonstrations, product evaluations, and user adoption.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical best practices, treatment protocols, and competitive landscape.
- Collect and share customer feedback to improve training programs, clinical protocols, and overall product performance.
- Represent Acclaro Medical at trade shows, conferences, and educational symposiums as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Physician Assistant, or related healthcare field (preferred).
- Active RN, PA, NP, or equivalent clinical licensure (preferred but not required with strong relevant experience).
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, aesthetics, or medical device industry.
- Prior experience with aesthetic lasers, light-based systems, or energy-based devices strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively (70-80%) across assigned region.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly in dynamic environments
