This person will own top-of-funnel strategy and outreach across multiple specialties, and must thrive in a fast-moving environment with ambitious hiring goals.</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Fully remote within the U.S.</p><p><strong>Your Impact </strong></p><p><strong><em>Pipeline Generation (Your Superpower)</em></strong></p><ul><li>Build deep pipelines of physicians and advanced practice clinicians across all our active specialties.</li><li>Jump into new specialty areas as we expand with no hesitation.</li><li>Drive high-volume, high-quality outreach across LinkedIn Recruiter, Doximity, Indeed, specialty boards, associations, and anything else that works.</li><li>Constantly experiment with messaging, channels, and tactics.</li></ul><p><strong>Collaboration & Speed</strong></p><ul><li>Partner tightly with our Clinical Talent team to understand needs, timelines, state licensure & APRN supervision requirements, and volume goals.</li><li>Pre-qualify providers quickly and hand off warm, engaged leads.</li><li>Keep the Clinical Talent Team sharp on candidate market intel, where talent is, what they want, and how to win them.</li></ul><p><strong>Execution That Scales</strong></p><ul><li>Hit aggressive weekly and monthly sourcing targets.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)</li><li>Stay laser-focused on quality and speed without sacrificing candidate experience.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications </strong></p><ul><li>Have 5+ years of both Physician & APRN sourcing experience in a high-growth environment</li><li>Demonstrated success sourcing across multiple specialties</li><li>Track record of aggressive outbound sourcing and hitting ambitious pipeline goals</li><li>Experience in telehealth, multi-state, or high-growth healthcare strongly preferred</li><li>Deep familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, specialty-specific channels, and thinking outside the box with creativity </li><li>Have a track record of crushing sourcing metrics</li><li>Are scrappy, data-driven, and creative in how you find talent</li><li>Move quickly, iterate constantly, and don’t need rigid processes to get results</li><li>Ability to work independently, move fast, and thrive in a dynamic, high-accountability environment</li><li>Exceptional communication skills and provider-facing professionalism</li></ul><p><strong>What Allara Offers </strong></p><ul><li><strong>Compensation:</strong> $70–$80/hour (dependent on experience)</li><li><strong>Schedule: </strong>32 weekly hours </li><li><strong>Duration:</strong> 3-month 1099 contract, with potential for extension </li></ul><p>At <a href="https://www.allarahealth.com/"><strong>Allara</strong></a>, we believe in celebrating everything that makes us human and are proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace.
