Clinical Specialist (Remote)

In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the quality of treatment and support provided to patients, by educating healthcare professionals on a comprehensive range of cardiopulmonary products. You will lead training sessions that may take place both in-person and online, fostering relationships with clinicians and ensuring seamless integration of advanced technologies. Your contributions will be essential in driving positive healthcare outcomes and improving the overall clinician experience.

• Provide clinical and product education to Healthcare Professionals on cardiopulmonary products.
• Coordinate and deliver training programs on the company's products as necessary.
• Develop and maintain deep product knowledge of the cardiopulmonary portfolio.
• Build strong relationships and trust with clinicians and medical staff.
• Collaborate weekly with internal stakeholders for product installations and evaluations.
• Maintain a positive customer service approach during high-pressure situations.
• Anticipate and resolve complex clinical and technical problems.
• Support urgent clinical needs and provide product-related information as required.
• Attend trade shows and conferences to enhance clinical expertise.

• 5+ years of clinical practice in Perfusion.
• Current or history of Certified Clinical Perfusionist Certification or Licensure.
• Strong teaching ability and desire to educate others.
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual presentation tools.
• Ability to travel domestically (up to 80%) and work off hours as needed.
• Ability to meet hospital credentialing requirements.
