Role Objectives: 

The Clinical Service Manager plays a key role in managing and supporting clinical operations and administrative functions within the Nursing Management Team. This role is crucial for improving nursing retention, ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical care, and maintaining regulatory compliance across all nursing services. The Clinical Service Manager works closely with project management and the global clinical team to streamline clinical processes and enhance operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead recruitment, resource allocation, and engagement strategies for Mobile Research Nurses (MRNs), with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage all aspects of MRN personnel, including recruitment, performance management, clinical training, and administration.
  • Oversee accurate timesheet submissions and maintain up-to-date personnel records in the HRIS system.
  • Design and implement protocol-specific training programs and create study-specific resource materials to support clinical execution.
  • Provide mentorship and support professional development to enhance clinical performance within the MRN team.
  • Oversee and evaluate clinical training programs to ensure nursing staff are competent and confident in delivering care.
  • Collaborate with project management to identify and improve clinical processes and tailor training materials to project needs.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures in compliance with GCP and applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate Clinical Operations functions between warehouse and nursing teams to ensure efficient equipment and supply management.
  • Serve as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders, manage nursing documentation systems, and support ad hoc nursing tasks as needed.


What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or comparable combination of education and relevant experience)
  • RN License
  • 3+ years of clinical research or nursing experience
  • Proven understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), clinical trials, and ethical review regulations (e.g., IRB, REC, Ethics Committees).
  • Nurse Management/Education experience preferred
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong verbal and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and demonstrate strong time management skills
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent time management skills
