In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our growing clinician network across all 50 states by identifying, recruiting, and hiring top-tier physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other clinical talent.</span></p><h3><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></span></h3><ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Recruitment of strong clinical staff, for OpenLoop, while continuously building and growing a strong pipeline.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Source and interview clinicians in alignment with clients' requirements (ie. culture-fit, clinical familiarity, specialties, tele-health competency, etc.).</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work directly with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver accordingly.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Attract candidates using various sources such as social media, internal referrals, technology databases, etc.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Successfully meet established metrics for recruiting and delivering results.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrate enthusiasm for communicating our company’s vision and mission.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Build and maintain relationships with candidates after placement to ensure we are providing maximum value and efficiency.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Act as a liaison between OpenLoop clinicians and our internal client representatives.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate internally across multiple verticals for timely clinician onboarding and anticipating future hiring needs.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Other duties as assigned.</span></li></ul><h3><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Who You Are:</strong></span></h3><ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Communications, or related field preferred / will accept equivalent experinece in lieu of degree </span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">2-5 years of experience in a full cycle staffing recruiting / experience in a prospecting sales role is a big plus!</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven success in recruiting for high-volume positions, to include sourcing and/or making high volume cold calls.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with clinical recruitment is required (i.e. Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Nurses, Medical Assistants)</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience handling HR compliance interview questions to assess skill and abilities</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong communicator who can build rapport quickly.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Team player mentality </span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Highly organized, with proven ability to shift as needed, and manage tight deadlines</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with an ATS or CRM system.</span></li></ul><p> </p><div class="content-conclusion"><p> </p><hr><p style="line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Sound like a good fit?
