<p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY:</strong></p><p>The Clinical Project Specialist is responsible for assisting with and/or completing projects related to the GC team and/or the clinical aspects of Natera products.</p><p> </p><p><strong>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in the development of patient consents, GC protocols, SOPs, GC note templates, patient education materials.</li><li>Write or collaborate on abstracts or papers involving Natera tests.</li><li>Deliver presentations/posters at scientific meetings and company promotional events as needed; represent company at trade shows and medical conferences (<10% travel).</li><li>This role works with PHI on a regular basis both in paper and electronic form and has access to various technologies to access PHI (paper and electronic) in order to perform the job.</li><li>Employee must complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training and security training as soon as possible but not later than the first 30 days of hire.</li><li>Must maintain a current status on Natera training requirements.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Genetic Counseling or equivalent degree</li><li>Board certified by the American Board of Genetic Counseling or the American Board of Medical Genetics</li><li>Five or more years of clinical and/or laboratory GC experience</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>In-depth technical understanding of Natera’s products</li><li>Exceptional communication skills (oral and written) and attention to detail</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently AND collaborate with team members</li><li>Familiarity with Google and Microsoft suite of work products</li><li>A desire to work for a dynamic and growing molecular genetics laboratory and manage growth for optimal success</li></ul><h6>#LI-AC2 #LI-Remote</h6><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
