This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Clinical Project Manager in the United States.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive clinical professional who can oversee complex study trials from planning through execution. The Clinical Project Manager will ensure that projects adhere to all regulatory guidelines, meet quality, budget, and timeline objectives, and deliver key milestones. The position requires effective collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and clients, as well as flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and travel requirements. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on coordination to drive successful clinical study outcomes in a variety of medical settings.

Accountabilities

  • Plan and manage clinical trials in compliance with ICH-GCP, FDA, SOPs, and contract requirements.
  • Oversee functional teams, clinical monitors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain project plans, including communications, reporting, and financial tracking.
  • Set up and manage clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and ensure accurate and timely data entry.
  • Train, guide, and motivate the project team while coordinating tasks to meet contracted deliverables.
  • Monitor investigator payments, review vendor invoices, and maintain project profitability.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly status reports and manage change orders for out-of-scope work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, computer science, or a related field; RN/LPN with relevant experience is acceptable.
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical project management or related roles.
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and medical terminology.
  • Experience with clinical databases, data management, and CTMS systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups, formulas).
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally as needed, adapt to last-minute schedule changes, and work in hospitals or clinical environments.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to prioritize competing demands effectively.
