This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Clinical Project Manager in United States.
The Clinical Project Manager (CPM) will oversee and coordinate clinical trials, ensuring projects are executed in compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal procedures, and contractual requirements. This role is critical for maintaining high standards of quality, timely deliverables, and budget management across multiple clinical studies. The CPM will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors, demonstrating flexible and effective leadership in a remote yet highly interactive environment. The position involves monitoring milestones, guiding project teams, and ensuring proper documentation of clinical processes. Success requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance. Occasional travel is required to support trial activities across North America and beyond.
Accountabilities:
· Plan, execute, and oversee clinical trials ensuring compliance with FDA, ICH-GCP, SOPs, and other relevant regulations.
· Manage study budgets, timelines, and key project deliverables, monitoring progress against established milestones.
· Lead and support project teams, including clinical monitoring staff, ensuring clear communication and motivation.
· Coordinate vendors and contractors, overseeing contracts, timelines, and deliverables.
· Set up and maintain clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and ensure timely data entry.
· Develop and implement project plans, communication strategies, and reporting processes.
· Prepare weekly and monthly status reports, monitor investigator payments, and maintain project profitability.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, computer science, or a related discipline; RN/LPN with relevant experience also acceptable.
· Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH-GCP, clinical trial procedures, and medical terminology.
· Minimum of 3–5 years experience in clinical project management or related roles.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (V-lookups, pivot tables, formulas), Word, and PowerPoint.
· Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to lead and motivate remote project teams, ensuring adherence to quality and timeline objectives.
· Comfortable with occasional travel and adapting to last-minute schedule changes.
· Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
