We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Front & Back Office Coordinator to support both the administrative and billing sides of our clinical operations. You’ll be the backbone of our day-to-day workflow — managing scheduling, patient communication, and billing tasks — ensuring that our clinicians and patients receive seamless support. [Front Office] Coordinate patient scheduling and appointment confirmations
[Front Office] Handle incoming calls and route inquiries to the right team members
[Front Office] Provide professional, timely communication to both clinicians and patients
[Back Office] Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including scheduling, data entry, and clinician support
[Back Office] Oversee billing workflows and support revenue cycle management (RCM) activities
[Back Office] Reconcile claims, track denials, and follow up with payers to ensure timely reimbursement
[Back Office] Maintain accurate patient, provider, and insurance records within our EMR and practice management systems
[Back Office] Support onboarding of new clinicians into administrative and billing systems
[Back Office] Collaborate with operations leadership to streamline processes and improve efficiency
[Back Office]Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all payer requirements
[Back Office] Provide excellent communication and support to both clinicians and patients for administrative needs
Required:
1+ years of healthcare administration experience
Friendly demeanor as you'll be the first point of contact for many patients
Previous billing experience (insurance claims, denials, RCM workflows)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort with technology (EMRs, billing software, spreadsheets, Google Workspace)
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
Preferred:
Experience with eating disorder or behavioral health practices
Familiarity with payer credentialing and provider enrollment workflows
Experience with systems such as SimplePractice, Healthie, or similar EMRs
Knowledge of medical billing codes (CPT, ICD-10)
Problem-solver with a process-first mindset
