Client Support Specialist-Salon and Spa space

The Client Support Specialist will serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and product education to ensure clients achieve success with the platform. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple customer needs efficiently.

• Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and live chat while delivering professional and helpful support.
• Ask effective discovery questions to understand customer challenges and identify appropriate solutions.
• Troubleshoot product-related issues and provide guidance on software features, workflows, and best practices.
• Educate customers on platform functionality, integrations, and business processes.
• Build trust with clients through active listening, empathy, and clear communication.
• Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately within Salesforce.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed on software updates and internal processes.
• Advocate for customer needs by communicating feedback and insights to internal teams.
• Manage multiple support requests while prioritizing urgent issues and maintaining service quality.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer questions and continuously improve support processes.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a customer-focused, technology-oriented professional who enjoys learning new systems, solving problems, and creating positive client experiences.

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree preferred.
• 0–5 years of experience in customer service, technical support, client success, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Passion for technology and helping people navigate software solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to learn new software, hardware, and technical concepts quickly.
• Comfortable working independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Reliable internet connection required for remote work.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of the beauty, wellness, salon, or spa industry is beneficial.
