One of our companies is currently looking for a Client Success Strategy and Operations Director in the United States.

We are seeking a highly strategic and detail-oriented Client Success Strategy and Operations Director to drive critical process improvements and operational readiness across client partnerships. This individual contributor role will report to senior leadership and play a central part in aligning internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with healthcare and pharmacy benefit partners. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, advanced communication skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with clarity and impact. Accountabilities:

  • Design and implement standard processes for health and pharmacy benefit partner integrations, including business readiness and ongoing operations
  • Manage dashboards and reporting to monitor performance across revenue, enrollment, and client satisfaction KPIs
  • Lead cross-functional planning for partner collaboration, including data exchange, outreach plans, formulary updates, and billing reconciliation
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in client/prospect conversations and contribute to RFP/RFI responses
  • Drive internal business readiness initiatives around engagement, enrollment, and KPI optimization
  • Identify process gaps and proactively develop solutions to address evolving client and market needs
  • Present strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to leadership and external partners

Requirements

  • 7+ years in healthcare strategy or operations, ideally within health tech, pharmacy benefits, consulting, or clinical organizations
  • Deep understanding of healthcare processes including benefits design, claims, data integration, and patient/member engagement
  • Proven success in project management, stakeholder alignment, and operational execution in fast-paced environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex ideas clearly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, multitask, and approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree required; passion for improving healthcare access and outcomes
