At Echelon Front, the Client Success Coordinator plays a mission-critical role in ensuring our clients receive world-class service from start to finish. This role is remote.
Preferred candidates will reside in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, MD, MI, MS, MT, NC, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA
What you'll do
- Own the client life cycle process, guiding clients through contracts, scheduling, and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and a client-first mindset
- Contract coordination and compliance
- Coordinate and manage calendars for both clients and EF team members
- Use Salesforce for data entry and client tracking to maintain accurate records and visibility across the team
- Execute smooth handoffs to instructors and provide post-engagement follow-up
- Collect and share client feedback to continually enhance our services
- Adapt quickly to client needs and develop creative solutions to unexpected challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in a client-facing operations or coordination role
- 2+ years of client-facing, coordination, or service-delivery experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce highly preferred)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A default aggressive mindset—someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and moves fast
