OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a Client Solutions Analyst to join a rapidly growing team that is the technical backbone of revenue-driving deals, helping customers push the limits of what's possible with our e-commerce advertising platform. Whether it's uncovering untapped potential in their paid search campaigns or revealing multi-channel growth possibilities, the team makes sure every customer interaction is high-quality, delivered fast, and built to win.
Sitting within the Product Marketing organization, Client Solutions Analyst partner closely with sales teams to field technical questions, troubleshoot complex challenges, and build creative, high-impact solutions that close deals. You will be at the forefront of bringing new capabilities to market, developing expertise across Quartile’s full product suite while directly influencing product direction, marketing messaging, and sales strategy.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical depth and commercial results, with clear paths for career progression into client solutions leadership, product marketing, or specialized technical roles.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-4 years of customer-facing experience in a customer success, technical sales, client solutions, or analyst role, preferably in SaaS or e-commerce
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Intellectual curiosity with a hunger to continuously learn new platforms, products, and market dynamics
- Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative rather than waiting for direction
- Ability to simplify complexity and translate technical concepts into clear business value
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable in a highly cross-functional, fast-paced, evolving product environment
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret advertising performance data and identify optimization opportunities
- Self-starter mentality with ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving product portfolio

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Pre-Sales Support
- Conduct detailed account audits across multiple e-commerce advertising channels to identify optimization opportunities and growth potential
- Empower prospects and customers by translating complex platform capabilities into actionable strategies that scale their business
- Participate in sales calls and product demonstrations, answering technical questions and presenting solutions with clarity and confidence
- Customize solutions based on prospect needs, including creating strategic recommendations and growth roadmaps
Technical Excellence
- Maintain deep expertise in e-commerce advertising platforms and Quartile's platform
- Act as a systems thinker who sets the team up for success by templatizing, automating, and scaling best practices that closes deals
- Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices
- Develop standardized audit frameworks and repeatable processes that improve efficiency and consistency across the team
Product and GTM Support
- Act as a technical specialist during new channel and feature launches
- Partner closely with Product, Customer Success, Customer Growth and Sales teams to translate product capabilities into market-ready messaging
- Be the voice of the customer by gathering and reporting feedback on what's landing and what's not, identifying big-picture opportunities for product improvement
- Support training and enablement efforts for sales and customer success teams on new offerings
Sales Process Optimization
- Partner closely with sales reps as their technical counterpart, ensuring they have the right solutions, data, and materials to close deals
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes, audit methodologies, and customer engagement strategies
