About the role
The Channel Company is seeking a Client Program Strategist to join our commercial team. In this role, you will collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams on a global basis to support the creation and execution of in-market programs that deliver on customer objectives. You will assist in developing strategic marketing concepts that resonate with B2B tech vendors, solution provider, and technology practitioner audiences.
What you'll do
- Translate customer objectives into actionable marketing programs; work with sales team to gain client buy-in and win new business
- Work collaboratively and proactively across internal teams and lines of business to ensure seamless scoping and delivery of programs
- Ensure program creation is aligned with corporate marketing strategy and leverages our unique value proposition
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand key messaging, product positioning, and audience engagement strategies across the portfolio
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports that communicate program performance, insights, and identify opportunities for client relationship expansion
- Help identify new opportunities for marketing campaign evolution and product enhancements based on industry trends and customer needs
- Liaise with customers and share insights with internal teams, ensuring alignment on program execution and customer expectations
- Support internal training efforts by providing insights on marketing best practices and campaign effectiveness
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, program management, or a related field, ideally in B2B technology or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and ability to communicate strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret market research and campaign data.
- Experience with marketing tools, CRM platforms, or analytics software is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
