Role Overview:

Ashling is seeking an experienced Client Principal to join our U.S. team. This role will focus on clients within Banking & Financial Services or Manufacturing, bringing deep industry expertise and credibility to drive strategic automation and agentic AI initiatives.

This is a senior, client-facing leadership role responsible for account growth, delivery oversight, executive relationship management, and strategic advisory. What You Will Do:

  • Serve as primary point of contact with assigned customers and liaise between customers and internal project team
  • Support intelligent automation and AI clients by providing answers, expertise, and insights as needed
  • Create Business Cases and ROI for all automation and AI projects
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure customers' requirements are accurately captured for automation and AI projects
  • Be familiar with RPA and Agentic AI platforms enhance knowledge of how automation and AI works and to better inform customers on intelligent automation capabilities
  • Support the governance of the RPA and AI programs
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk plan mitigation, metrics and financial projections for each automation
  • Responsible for keeping stakeholders informed of project status and issues
  • Responsible for revenue under management and growth within existing client accounts.
  • Accountable for high client NPS (net promoter score) to ensure we deliver quality, excellence and value
  • Maintain a portfolio of clients, sometimes doing the work of a Senior BA while also managing the delivery team (other business analysts and technical resources), setting pace and milestones, communicating risks and issues, ensuring client needs are met.
  • Support growth team by scoping project complexity and total hours needed across the delivery team
  • Accountable for project profitability and future growth
  • Conduct site visits to RPA and AI clients, travel up to 25-50% when warranted

 

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
  • Previous experience with project management, managing multiple projects at a time
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or general Business Process Improvement experience
  • Experience with automation Tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism a plus
  • Experience with Hyperscaler platforms like Microsoft, Google, and AWS
  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
  • Advanced knowledge in generating process documentation including process flows, as-is/to-be documentation, and process design documents
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
