In this role, you will lead high-impact client implementations from initial engagement through successful delivery, ensuring seamless onboarding and execution of complex solutions. Acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, you will translate business needs into actionable plans while maintaining alignment with contractual commitments and timelines. Accountabilities:- Lead end-to-end client implementations, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, contractual obligations, and client expectations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, building strong relationships through proactive communication and consultative support
- Collaborate with sales teams during pre-sale and post-sale phases to support solution planning, requirements gathering, and readiness
- Translate client needs into structured documentation, including business requirements, project plans, and implementation deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, engineering, compliance, QA, and operations) to ensure smooth and timely delivery
- Manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes, driving issue resolution and escalating when necessary
- Maintain accurate project tracking, documentation, and reporting using internal systems and tools
- Prepare executive summaries, status updates, and process documentation to support transparency and stakeholder alignment
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in client implementation, project management, onboarding, or client-facing delivery roles
- Proven track record of leading complex, client-facing implementations in a matrixed environment
- Strong ability to translate business needs into structured requirements, execution plans, and deliverables
- Experience creating project plans, reports, and process documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM or project tracking tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and drive outcomes in dynamic environments
- PMP certification or experience in automotive, data, or financial services environments is a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client or team engagements
