As a Client Growth Associate at Phamily, you are responsible for ensuring that the client is successfully leveraging Phamily to deliver superior care management to their patients. You will serve as the operational point of contact to help clients navigate Phamily’s solutions and services, which can include liaising directly with the Client’s care delivery team such as program managers, practice coordinators, and care managers.
Requirements
You will be helping support the management of a book of business and the development of operational processes. As part of this, you will be helping to monitor the performance of accounts and coordinate intervention strategies to ensure they meet both client and Phamily success criteria. You will provide guidance and reporting to clients to enable them to make informed decisions. You will also engage the end-users (care managers) to help them get the most out of Phamily.
The successful candidate will be a self directed, forward-thinking individual who has a proven track record managing a varied books of business. This person is highly organized and isn’t afraid to project manage 10-12 accounts at a time. This person is passionate about tackling difficult problems in healthcare and is excited by the ambiguity and opportunity that comes with working in a dynamic, fast-growing technology company.
