This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Experience Specialist - Ent based in the United States.

This role supports client success by managing critical operational processes, order activities, and customer communications in a fast-paced technology environment.
The Client Experience Specialist serves as a key connection point between customers, sales teams, and internal operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
You will manage complex client requests, provide accurate updates, and help maintain strong customer relationships through reliable support.
The position combines administrative expertise, data management, problem-solving, and customer-focused communication.
You will contribute to operational excellence by improving order visibility, supporting reporting needs, and ensuring service commitments are met.

Accountabilities:

The Client Experience Specialist is responsible for supporting client operations, managing order-related activities, and ensuring timely, accurate communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Process complex client orders, quotes, and administrative tasks while following established procedures and service standards.
  • Respond promptly to customer requests related to order tracking, pricing, delivery timelines, and account information.
  • Monitor open order reports, research order status, and provide accurate updates and custom reporting to clients.
  • Coordinate with sales teams and internal departments to address customer needs and resolve complex requests.
  • Prepare quotes for recurring customer products within required timelines and support accounts with established pricing structures.
  • Maintain accurate order information within internal systems to ensure visibility and collaboration across teams.
  • Communicate proactively with clients regarding order confirmations, estimated delivery dates, backorders, and product updates.
  • Support return merchandise processes, including customer guidance, documentation, and escalation when needed.
  • Provide reports, tracking details, serial numbers, packing documentation, and other requested information.
  • Follow applicable operational controls and compliance requirements while completing assigned responsibilities.
  • Participate in additional projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience in client operations, sales support, or technology-related customer service, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience in client support, sales operations, customer service, or related fields.
  • Experience working within the VAR IT industry, sales support, or client operations is required.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel for spreadsheet creation and analysis.
  • Advanced Microsoft Outlook skills, including managing shared mailboxes and handling multiple customer communications.
  • Experience entering and maintaining data within CRM or ERP systems.
  • Understanding of customer purchasing processes and business sales cycles.
  • Ability to provide accurate service-level commitments, delivery information, and customer updates.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, document activities, anticipate issues, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, active listening skills, and the ability to quickly learn new processes and systems.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment.
