About This Position
The Client Data Specialist at Rivet is a vital role focused on maintaining customer account accuracy and completeness, specifically related to payer contracts and fee schedules. This position supports our Customer Success Managers and plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and successful account readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date payer contracts and fee schedules for customer accounts.
- Perform data discovery and entry tasks, including formatting spreadsheets and accurately modeling fee schedules in Rivet's software.
- Read, interpret, and understand payer contract terms.
- Quickly complete task lists and provide timely updates on progress.
- Deliver high-quality, detail-oriented work to ensure account readiness.
- Communicate with customers about the details of their payer contracts.
Preferred Skills:
- Good understanding of physician and/or hospital reimbursement methodologies
- Experience modeling fee schedules or working with physician and/or hospital billing
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Honesty, curiosity, coachability, and work ethic
- Comfort and ability to research complicated healthcare questions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Comfortable with frequent customer interaction over email.
